Bomper is an independent creative production studio, built on human-led curiosity and craft. Every project starts with people, not pipelines, our in-house artists, illustrators, animators, art directors and producers bring genuine hands-on thinking to everything we make, filling our work with character and originality.
That curiosity shapes how we work across advertising, branding and broadcast, spanning live action VFX, hand-crafted animation, hyperreal CG, and everything in between. CG is just the tool, the craft, the ideas and the instinct behind them are always human.
Our credo is simple: stay curious, challenge our own ambitions, and never stop playing with mediums and formats in pursuit of our best work. And of course, have a lot of fun along the way.

Bomper operates a 4 day working week, at non-compressed hours and for the same pay. We're committed to bringing out the best in everyone, and we recognise just how important work-life balance really is. In recent years we've introduced flexible hours, remote working and hybrid working — and now we spend our Fridays off exploring new things, feeding the curiosity that shapes our original work.
